Service & Incident Manager

We are looking for a Service & Incident Manager for a hybrid project based in Porto (2x / Week).

Duration : 7 months (maternity leave replacement)

Responsibilities :

• Incident Analysis, priority validation and information verification.
• Crisis cell creation if needed; (conf calls / war room).
• Backlog treatment and follow-up (P3, P4 & P5 incidents).
• Communication to users and management.
• Incident resolution follow-up until resolution.
