What we offer

Your day to day

As the Solution Architect, you will oversee our ServiceNow platforms, ensuring alignment with the CMDB and other integrations. You will collaborate with teams to develop system architecture, validate technology assumptions, and evaluate implementation alternatives. Defining how ServiceNow integrates within the broader IT ecosystem, considering dependencies with other IT platforms, will be a key part of your role.

You will work closely with the Product Owner and Technical Leads to provide technical governance and oversight for platform requirements, ensuring adherence to our strategic direction and compliance standards. Additionally, you will create and maintain solution designs for team reference.

To succeed in this role, you must be self-motivated and creative, with a natural drive to learn and tackle new challenges. A strong IT background is essential, with in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, CMDB, SharePoint, IT service management, and agile product delivery.

You should thrive in challenging environments and take a leading role in delivering best-in-class services. Following through on commitments, taking responsibility, and consistently achieving goals and objectives is crucial.

Proficiency in ITIL v4 and knowledge and a working knowledge of Product Management disciplines are required, along with extensive knowledge and certifications in the ServiceNow platform and architecture.
