We are looking for an Data Scientist!

Responsabilities :

Designing, implementing, and maintaining Java / Backend applications that are often high-volume and low-latency, required for mission-critical systems.

Delivering high availability and performance.

Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.

Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code.

Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.

Ensuring designs comply with specifications.

Be an active member of our backend communities.

Requirements :

Up to 15 years of experience as Data.

Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence tools (valued)

Commitment to quality delivery

Experience in strategic projects (valued).

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

Experience in developing machine learning projects (Python, R, or SAS), deploying models to production environments, and managing model lifecycles.

Experience in machine learning frameworks. (E.g., PyTorch and Tensorflow)

Experience with cloud infrastructure (MS Azure, AWS, or GCP), Kubernetes, and Docker.

Experience with data pipeline and workflow management solutions.

Significant experience in developing Artificial Intelligence systems, including knowledge of data pipelines, machine learning models, and MLOps practices.

Experience in managing data / AI projects or initiatives.

Ability to analyze and structure requirements, with a critical eye and a results-oriented approach.

Knowledge of Responsible AI, Data Governance, or technology regulation, with previous experience in regulated contexts being an asset.

Strong communication and synthesis skills, including the preparation of executive materials (QBRs, presentations, reports); experience in facilitating sessions, communities, and forums is a differentiating factor.

Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team (POs, Tech Leads, Data Scientists, business stakeholders) and manage priorities in complex environments.

Good level of english.
