Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review content according to internal guidelines, quality standards, and service level agreements
• Ensure compliance with platform policies, legal regulations, and safety standards
• Stay up to date and passionate about e-commerce trends, services, and product standards
• Apply rational decision-making based on local market knowledge
• Adapt to frequent policy updates and follow standard operating procedures
• Escalate issues as needed, in accordance with escalation protocols
