Key Responsibilities During The Internship

• Assist with customer inquiries and support through various channels, including inbound / outbound calls and emails.
• Learn and master key tools, such as contact management systems and knowledge bases.
• Support investigation of issues, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Escalate and triage critical issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
• Provide feedback on processes, offering recommendations to enhance operations.
• Complete thorough documentation of customer interactions and trends.
