Key accountabilities :

Communicate with stakeholders to identify what they want to accomplish with a system

Create infrastructure engineering definition / drawings

Translate customer needs into engineering requirements

Liaise with project management and Design Authorities to ensure that all TopSky deployment work is completed within timelines and to standards

Provide operational / functional support to end-users and internal engineering teams and resolving technical inquiries

Writing test cases to verify system requirements

Tracking and validating the Problem Change Report (PCR) corrective actions, in coordination with various engineering disciplines and teams

Carrying out validation tests, in coordination with customer representatives, during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) at the program’s relevant site

Providing detail reporting of test results and briefing the Management Team and external Customer

Key relationships :

Engineering teams : Collaborate with to provide engineering services to achieve delivery outcomes

Project delivery teams : Provide engineering services to support project delivery.

Technical skills :

At least 1 year on similar role / functions

Degree in Engineering (e.g. Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications) or Air Traffic Control

Experience in system engineering, verification and validation of complex systems , preferably on the air traffic control domain

Experience in preparation and executing tests : documentation, testing, problem analysis, defect reports, etc.

Prior experience in Air Trafic Control domain is a plus

Written and Oral proficiency in English

Availability to travel abroad for periods up to 1 month – each 2 or 3 months
