As we expand our presence in Portugal, we’re looking for a Country Manager to spearhead growth, drive enterprise sales, and establish Workfully as the go-to recruitment platform in Portugal.
Role Overview
As Country Manager in Portugal, you’ll be responsible for launching and scaling Workfully’s presence in the region. You’ll own revenue growth , build strategic relationships, and establish a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise clients . This role is for a natural deal-closer and community builder —someone who can drive sales while creating brand awareness through events and marketing initiatives.

A Business Builder : You have built a recruitment business from scratch , driving revenue and scaling operations.
A Proven Closer : You’ve personally closed at least 25 new clients , managing the full sales cycle from lead gen to delivery .
A Network Powerhouse : You have a strong personal network in Portugal in recruitment and HR ecosystem.
A Growth-Oriented Leader : You thrive in fast-paced, startup environments and are comfortable with ownership and autonomy .
A Strategic Thinker : You understand how to balance sales, marketing, and events to drive sustainable business growth.
