Traveler Advisor – French Speaker - Lisbon

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be :

Managing bookings (alterations, cancellations, or new reservations) via phone, email, and chat

Assisting clients during the after-sales process, handling inquiries and special requests regarding reservations

Managing back-office tasks such as ticket issuing, modifications, and cancellations

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear, efficient, and friendly service

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role :

Native level of French and good English skills

Enthusiasm for travel and the tourism industry

Understanding of the value of excellent customer service

Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills

Energy, proactivity, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Excitement about intercultural communication and expatriate life

Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career

Valid Portuguese work permit (required)

What’s in it for you?

Salary package (two options) :

With accommodation (shared flat, bills included) : €1040 gross / month

Without accommodation : €1240 gross / month
