What you will do in this role

Assist customers with a wide range of inquiries from simple requests like store opening hours to more complex complaints

Focus on delivering first class customer service and resolving issues with empathy

Strive to meet key goals such as customer satisfaction and quality standards

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and processes

Your qualifications

️ High level of German (written and spoken) and fluent in English (B2)

️ Excellent communication skills with empathy and team spirit

️ Availability for rotating schedules

️ A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service

️ Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate problems and propose solutions
