JOB PURPOSE & PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll wield your expertise to meticulously manage our paramount client relationships,
ensuring satisfaction and steering our digital transformation initiatives towards success.
Responsibilities :
- Accurate processing and coordination of customer requests to ensure that all documentation and instructions are processed effectively.
- Understand and apply the agreed working procedures and standards. Timely identify and escalate gaps in SOP’s and off- shore performance.
- Ensure that cargo is released against presentation of the original B / L and that freight and charges are collected.
- Developing on the Customs Clearance tasks for additional services. Work on self-performance and identity improvements
- Actively keep abreast on sector and internal knowledge development
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Proficiency in English.Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.Preferential experience in customs administration, import coordination, or a similar role within the logistics or supply chain industry (not an exclusive factor).Attention to detail and accuracy in processing customer requests and coordinating documentation.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.Capacity for self-improvement and professional development, with a commitment to staying updated on sector knowledge and internal processes.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.Flexibility and adaptability to evolve with the company's digital transformation initiatives and embrace new technologies and processes in customs administration.
