Lead Bi / Data Visualization Engineer (Portugal-Based)

We are looking for a Manager-level Data Visualization Engineer to join our Client's team on a remote working model.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end process of design, build, UAT, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft Power BI dashboards for global campaign performance and data quality / compliance monitoring.
• Engage with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective, user-friendly dashboards.
• Collaborate with data engineers to clearly define and communicate dashboard data requirements.
• Apply best practices in Power BI development, ensuring semantic layer optimization and efficient load times.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in collaboration with the wider data engineering team.
• Provide user support for reporting solutions, triaging queries and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Present solutions, progress, and updates in stakeholder meetings.
• Support and maintain strong relationships with third-party data providers to ensure access to high-quality data.
