Right now, we are looking for a

Team Leader L2 - Cloud&Infra

to integrate our internal team, based in

Lisbon.

Your responsibilities include :

• Experience of working with ITSM tools, whether for opening INs and RQs and / or managing multiple players in escalation processes;
• Ensure the resolution of incidents at 2st line level related to infrastructure, networks, applications and security, or escalation to 3rd line, following KB;
• Experience in various tools (Infrastructure, Network & Applications Operating Center);
• Knowledge of monitoring and orchestration software;
• Knowledge of quality control, operational processes, and performance monitoring tools (KPIs);
• Experience in Team Management - Motivation and development;
• Experience in Client Management - Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs.
