Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Analyst (Real Estate) located in Lisbon. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting due diligence, appraising real estate assets, analyzing financial data, supporting investment decisions, and preparing detailed reports. The role involves working closely with different teams to ensure informed and strategic decision-making for the company's real estate ventures.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Experience in conducting Due Diligence processes
• Proficiency in Finance and Investments
• Experience in Real Estate Appraisal
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CFA or relevant training in real estate finance are advantageous
