Eugenia is hiring on behalf of a forward-thinking hospitality brand preparing to launch a flagship property in Lisbon. We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to shape and implement local sales strategies across Corporate, Leisure, and Group segments. This is a unique opportunity to play a leading role in the successful opening and long-term growth of an exciting new destination in the city.
What Youll Do
- Design and execute a robust local sales plan to drive revenue across multiple segments
- Take ownership of personal sales targets and KPIs
- Build and nurture a portfolio of key accounts both new and existing
- Collaborate with the central team to connect with national and international clients
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Keep the CRM system accurate and up to date
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Organize and lead property tours, client visits, and presentations
- Monitor market trends and contribute insights to shape future strategy
- Stay engaged with developments across the wider property network
