Customer Success specialist with strong Mainframe expertise
to help our clients get the most value from their technology investments.

Project Scope :
- Help customers fully use and benefit from their mainframe solutions.
- Partner with Sales to manage key accounts and build long-term relationships.
- Advise customers on best practices, change management, and adoption strategies.
- Run workshops and meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Spot risks early and work on solutions to keep customers successful.
- Act as the customer's voice inside our organization, influencing product and service improvements.
- Support renewals and help prevent customer churn.
- Contribute to building playbooks and repeatable best practices.
Requirements : - 5+ years
working with
z / OS
systems or subsystems (ideally DB2).
Hands-on experience withBMC Mainview
tools.
Strong communicator in English, comfortable engaging executives.Skilled in managing complex enterprise accounts.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Confident in leading customer workshops and discussions.Degree in Computer Systems (or equivalent experience in system / application programming)Why You'll Love This Role :
