Department and mission Since December 2024, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team has been reorganized and is part of the Group Compliance & Sustainability Team, led by the Chief Compliance & Sustainability Officer. This wider team drives Vantiva’s efforts in ensuring compliance, managing risks, and advancing sustainability across all aspects of operations. Main missions
The Compliance Counsel is part of the Corporate Sustainability & Risk Management team, which also includes a Social and CSR Management Controller and an Environmental Specialist. All three roles report to the Corporate Sustainability & Risk Management Director, who reports to the Chief Compliance & Sustainability Officer (a member of the Executive Leadership Team).
The mission of the Corporate Sustainability & Risk Management team is to work with the Product Sustainability team, with emphasis on Environmental matters, and with other departments (including Sourcing, HR) as well as site managers / leads.
The main mission of the role is to help drive the ESG roadmap of the Group and ensure accurate and timely reporting on ESG matters in the context of heightened compliance with European standards and best practices.
