Descrição do cargo5+ years of professional development experience, with strong focus on Generative AI. Hands-on expertise with Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, vector databases, and AI agents. Proficiency in Python, Docker, Git, and CI / CD practices. Proven experience in technical leadership or mentoring teams. Deep knowledge of AI governance, ethics, and risk management in enterprise environments. Integration into an international company with a presence in over 50 cities worldwide; Continuous training in the latest and most innovative technologies – Prime Academy; Career guidance and progression.

Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, we currently have a team of over 2350 professionals collaborating on national and international projects across various technologies.
We are looking for a GenAI Tech Lead for this project!
Responsabilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Generative AI solutions.
- Guide and mentor a team of junior developers, ensuring technical quality and innovation.
- Collaborate with business areas to translate needs into AI-driven solutions.
- Define and evaluate architecture choices, balancing trade-offs of different approaches.
- Establish governance policies and best practices for responsible AI adoption.
