Your responsibilities

Solve issues that arise during the booking process.

Provide clear instructions and actively help customers find the right booking.

Follow up with travelers during their vacation, offering solutions including refunds when required.

Manage and expand the client network.

Ensure qualified lead generation and maintain strong customer relationships.

Your profile

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.

Fluent in French with good English skills.

Passionate about travel and tourism.

Strong communication and listening skills.

Motivated, reliable, and eager to work abroad in a multicultural environment.

What’s in it for you?

Contract : Long-term fixed-term, renewable annually.

Working hours : Full-time, 40h / week, rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 7 am – 7 pm.

Salary :

With accommodation (shared flat, bills included) : €1040 gross / month.

Without accommodation : €1240 gross / month.

Relocation package

Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months.

Airport pick-up on arrival.

Annual return flight to your home country (within the EU).
