Regional Business Intelligence Director

As the Regional Business Intelligence Director for the MLH Region, you’ll play a critical role in driving data-led decision making and performance insights across multiple countries. Aligned with the Global COO Office, you will help shape and implement regional BI strategies, tools, and reporting practices that support business growth and operational excellence. What you'll do

• Adopt and implement global processes, tools, metrics, and reports within the BI teams of the MLH region;
• Create and manage specific reports to monitor regional performance, including New Business Development and Human Resources reports;
• Provide valuable insights and recommendations to the president of the MLH region;
• Collaborate with the GBS team in Europe and local support teams within the region to develop and fulfill reporting requirements;
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses;
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Business Intelligence and data analytics.
