We are looking for our next Senior AS400 Developer & Team Leader :

Work model :

Hybrid (Carregado, 1x per week – 20%)

Languages :

Fluent Portuguese, technical English, Spanish (good level)

Experience : 6+ years

Requirements :

Development and maintenance in AS400 (RPG, CL, DB2)

Experience in leading and coordinating technical teams

Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation processes

Hands-on experience with Scrum (Daily, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Reviews)

Incident and deadline management with stakeholders

Nice to have :

Experience with AS400 cut-off

Knowledge of GEODE (WMS) and SID (logistics integration)

Experience with outsourcing and vendor management
