Database & BI Administrator (relocation to Belgium)

Descrição do cargoMonitor and optimize database performance to ensure high availability and reliability of services. Define, maintain, and test backup and disaster recovery strategies. Plan and implement upgrades and patches to keep platforms secure and up to date. Administer and maintain the BI stack, including : Oracle Analytics, WebLogic, Apache, Tomcat OBIEE, ODI, Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) Select and configure database infrastructure to support business needs. Install, reconfigure, and back up database systems (on-premises and cloud). Develop automation tools to streamline database admin tasks. Manage database software lifecycle and roadmap. Monitor and report on performance statistics. Provide 24 / 7 operational support and system administration for assigned platforms. Strong hands-on experience with at least two of the following DBMS technologies : Oracle, MySQL Server, PostgreSQL Solid understanding of MySQL High Availability / Disaster Recovery : InnoDB Cluster, Replicaset, ClusterSet, MySQL Replication Experience with the Oracle BI ecosystem : OBIEE, ODI, OAS, Oracle Analytics, WebLogic Knowledge of ORDS, Apache HTTP Server, and Tomcat administration. Strong working knowledge of Linux / UNIX and Windows Server environments. Understanding of HA, DR, clustering, and virtual infrastructure principles. Employment : Indefinite Contract from the start. Eligibility :
- Candidate must have resided in Portugal for at least the past 5 years.
- Portuguese citizenship is mandatory.
- Candidate must be prepared to obtain EU security clearance upon accepting the job offer (with Hexa coordination).
