Job Description

Reporting to the SVP of Sales and Marketing, the Digital Designer will play a key role in shaping Connexall’s visual identity through the creation of marketing collateral and web design assets. This role focuses on developing engaging layouts for digital and print materials, as well as contributing to the design of websites, landing pages, and campaign pages. While multimedia production (videos, motion graphics, presentations) will form part of the role, the primary emphasis is on collateral design and web design that directly support Connexall’s marketing and communication strategies. The ideal candidate is a versatile designer with strong layout, branding, and digital design skills, eager to grow in multimedia and marketing design within a fast-paced environment. This is an entry-to-mid-level position designed for a motivated designer who wants to make a visible impact on both brand communication materials and digital presence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, videos, motion graphics, presentations, and digital campaigns for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing web developer to design layouts for websites, landing pages, and campaign pages (no coding required).
• Create marketing collateral, including brochures, one-pagers, infographics, social media graphics, event materials, and other print / digital assets.
• Ensure all creative assets align with Connexall’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute visual campaigns that drive engagement and communicate Connexall’s value proposition.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to translate technical concepts into visually compelling content.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay current on design trends, emerging digital tools, and multimedia technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Assist in maintaining and evolving Connexall’s design systems and templates for marketing and communication materials.
• Other tasks as required.
