What do you need to be SMART IT SUPPORT ENGINEER ?

🔎 What you’ll do

• Be the bridge between the Customer Support and Software Development teams.
• Investigate abnormal behaviors by analyzing logs and metrics.
• Extract complex reports directly from the PostgreSQL database.
• Diagnose and resolve performance and latency issues.
• Execute bulk operations.
• Interact with external vendors (e.G., payment gateways) to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the development team to escalate or address deeper technical problems.
• Document procedures and create internal tools to facilitate technical support (e.G., Retool).
• Monitor and maintain AWS infrastructure, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
• Identify and proactively resolve issues before they impact production.
• Implement automations for monitoring, scalability, and recovery.
• Maintain and improve CI / CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline.
• Optimize cloud resource usage to reduce operational costs.
