What You’ll Do

• Manage client portfolios by prospecting and actively seeking new clients. Ensure all client complaints and requests are addressed, promote contract renewals, and prepare and negotiate proposals on electronic platforms.
• Foster long-lasting client relationships by promoting communication solutions and positioning as a strategic partner in digital transformation.
• Develop account plans by assessing client needs, identifying business opportunities in communications, IoT, and ICT, and analyzing client values to offer tailored solutions.
• Manage business offers by elaborating and negotiating proposals, aligning stakeholders to create value-added propositions in the market.
