Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor in Lisbon w / Relocation Bonus

Descrição do cargo€2,500 signing Bonus to help you settle in Lisbon. Relocation assistance and the chance to have accommodation included. A full-time, 40-hour / week contract with rotating shifts (Monday–Sunday, 6 : 00–00 : 00). Competitive salary plus holiday and Christmas bonuses (monthly installments on top of your base pay). 22 days of annual leave + compensation days for working on Portuguese public holidays. Comprehensive training and ongoing development opportunities. Work in a multicultural, dynamic team environment in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities. Dutch C2 / C1 level + good English communication skills ( B2 ) Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills . Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service, online advertising, or digital support is a strong plus.

- Expand and support the self-serve advertising base to improve customer experience and business growth.
