Descrição do cargoAssist business clients in Spanish & English with inquiries, troubleshooting, and platform optimization. Provide excellent support through phone, email, and chat, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Verify account details and ensure adherence to security and regulatory standards. Quickly identify and resolve customer issues to improve their experience. You speak Spanish in proficiency You speak Fluent English (at least C1) You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team You are looking for an energetic environment Starting date : 04.09 or 25.09 Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract Private Health insurance with a dental plan Work in our modern office in Lisbon, Parque das Nações Training is provided at the beginning of the work Recruitment & hiring process is 100% online Rotating work schedule : 24 / 7 (8 hours / day, 40 hours / week, 5 days / week) - 2 rotating days off Basic salary : 870€ gross per month 2 extra salaries per year Fixed project bonus : 50€ gross / month meal allowance : 7,23€ NET / day (approx 145€ NET / month in a voucher card) Night shift allowance (if applicable) Transport allowance - 20 € / month By applying for this job offer, you agree to our privacy policyand consent to the processing of your personal data and sharing it with the client proposing this job When is the closest possible date to start for you?
