Descrição do cargoRemote work (based in Lisbon, Portugal) Base salary : 1,000 per month (x14 months) Performance bonus : 100 per month (x12 months) based on performance Meal allowance : 7.23 per working day Transport allowance : 20 per month Paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year (1 / 12 per month) Conditional on less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the preceding month Not part of the fixed monthly salary package Meal allowance (per working day) Transport allowance (per month) Health insurance : Starts from day 1 (small monthly contribution, free after 6 months of contract) Languages : Native / Fluent Italian + good English (B2 or above) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment Ability to work on rotational schedules from Monday to Saturday

We are looking for an Italian + English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver excellent service to our customers. If you are a great communicator, problem-solver, and enjoy helping others, wed love to hear from you
Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays) : 08 : 00 18 : 00 (Portuguese time)
- Days Off : Sunday + 1 rotational day
