Your Job

🛠️As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll help customers after they buy home appliances. You’ll be their first point of contact for questions or issues.

Your Tasks

📞 Answer questions by phone and email

🔍 Diagnose issues using helpful tools and 60 step-by-step processes

🛠️ Use online resources , like YouTube tutorials, to support customers

📦 Give updates on orders and delivery

🛌 Assist with small repairs or direct bigger issues to the right department

💡 Give product information and solve complaints in a friendly way

🖥️ Work with 3 support systems / software tools

🛒 Cross-selling skills are a bonus!

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in French, both written and spoken
• English (B2)
• Great communication skills
• Interest in tech and home appliances
• Problem-solving mindset
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Sales or cross-selling experience
