Job Title : Customer Service Representative French Market
Location : Porto, Portugal (Remote)
Start Date : 25 September 2025
Working Schedule :
Monday to Sunday, 08 : 00 19 : 00 (rotative shifts)
2 rotative days off per week
Note : Possibility of late shift extension until 21 : 00 depending on client request (not implemented so far)
Salary & Benefits :
Base Salary : 1000 gross x 14 months
Performance Bonus : 50 gross x 12 months
Responsibilities :
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French.
Provide professional, accurate, and timely solutions to customer needs.
Maintain a customer-first approach while resolving complaints and issues.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless support experience.
Requirements :
Fluency in French (C1 level)
Good English communication skills (B1 / B2)
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends
