Exciting Opportunity for French Speakers – Remote Customer Service in Portugal

Are you a fluent French speaker looking for an international opportunity? We are hiring French Customer Service Representatives to join a diverse team supporting a global client. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while enhancing your customer service skills.

Important : This position is remote within mainland Portugal , excluding the islands. You can work comfortably from home, but only if you reside in Portugal – working from abroad is not allowed.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience.

Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements :

️ Fluent French (C1 / C2) with native accent from France, Belgium or Switzerland

️ Good English communication skills (B2)

️ Strong problem-solving and communication skills

️ Residence in Portugal – only mainland, excluding the islands

️ European passport ( no sponsorship or visa support available )

️ Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
