Role Description

Sachi is looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Estarreja (full-time, on-site).

The role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support, ensuring the smooth running of the back office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage agenda, incoming and outgoing calls
  • Welcome and assist customers
  • Handle emails and general correspondence
  • Process and archive administrative documents
  • Monitor deadlines and payments
  • Issue and control invoices
  • Prepare reports and support budgeting
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure effective communication
  • Organize meetings and appointments
  • Manage front and back office administrative practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics / Accounting, Office Management, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus)
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude
  • Professional demeanor, with confidentiality and discretion
  • Knowledge of office procedures and practices
  • Flexibility and adaptability to company needs

    Descrição da Função

    A Sachi procura um / uma Administrative Support Specialist para integrar a equipa em Estarreja (full-time, presencial).

    A função será responsável por dar apoio administrativo e organizacional completo, assegurando o bom funcionamento do back office.

    Responsabilidades

  • Gestão da agenda, chamadas recebidas e efetuadas
  • Acolhimento e apoio a clientes
  • Gestão de emails e correspondência geral
  • Processamento e arquivo de documentos administrativos
  • Monitorização de prazos e pagamentos
  • Emissão e controlo de faturas
  • Elaboração de relatórios e apoio ao orçamento
  • Coordenação com a equipa para garantir comunicação eficaz
  • Organização de reuniões e marcações
  • Gestão de práticas administrativas de front e back office
  • Qualificações

  • Licenciatura em Administração de Empresas, Economia / Contabilidade, Office Management ou experiência equivalente
  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em função similar
  • Domínio do Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fortes competências de comunicação escrita e verbal
  • Fluência em português e inglês (outras línguas são uma mais-valia)
  • Excelentes capacidades de organização e gestão de tempo
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autónoma e em equipa, com atitude proativa
  • Postura profissional, confidencialidade e discrição
  • Conhecimento de procedimentos e práticas administrativas
  • Flexibilidade e adaptabilidade às necessidades da empresa
