We are hiring : Application Support – Lisbon

Join a dynamic IT team supporting critical applications for a leading financial institution. This role bridges users, business analysts, and developers to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of financial related applications.

As an Application Support, you will :

• Provide daily support to application users, ensuring stability and high availability.
• Work closely with Business Analysts to guarantee functionalities meet business needs.
• Contribute to testing and implementation of new features and system enhancements.
• Manage deployments and interact with DevOps toolchains and source code repositories.
• Identify bugs, propose optimizations, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Ensure data integrity, system efficiency, and application performance.
• Escalate risks / issues when necessary and provide regular progress updates.
• Mentor and guide team members, setting the technical direction when needed.
