Lead UX Designer

We are looking for a Lead UX Designer to join a high-impact, global project. This is a unique opportunity to shape the long-term UX strategy of a product used by millions of developers worldwide.

You will start remotely immediately (with occasional business travel) and relocate to Geneva, Switzerland after 6 months. Full relocation support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term UX vision and strategy for the product.
• Influence product roadmap and decision-making at a senior level.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure a cohesive user experience.
• Advocate for design excellence and UX best practices across the organization.
• Conduct and oversee user research and usability studies.
• Drive design initiatives from discovery through implementation and validation.
• Mentor and coach UX Designers to foster team growth and maturity.
