We are looking for an End-User Support Specialist who is willing to relocate to join our Client’s team in Brussels, Belgium.

Eligibility :
- Candidate must have resided in Portugal for at least the past 5 years.
- Portuguese citizenship is mandatory.
- Candidate must be prepared to obtain EU security clearance upon accepting the job offer (with Hexa coordination).
Key Responsibilities :
Provide first and second-level support for end-user ICT devices and applications.Stage, configure, and deploy end-user devices using Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) and related tools.Enroll, hand out, and support newly staged devices for end users.Maintain and implement software updates, upgrades, and OS patches in line with NATO Security Guidelines.Test equipment from and to the supply line and document serviceability.Investigate and resolve technical issues systematically, ensuring service continuity.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of implemented technologies and support best practices.Participate in 5-day sprints organized through coordination meetings.Required Qualifications :
Essential :
Higher vocational training in a relevant field + 2 years of post-related experience, OR secondary education + 4 years of related experience.3–5 years of experience with IT administration tools such as :Microsoft Configuration ManagerActive DirectoryMicrosoft AppVCitrixVMwareDell Thin Device ManagementGroup Policy Management3–5 years of experience with Windows OS and applications (MS Office, Adobe, etc.).3–5 years of experience with IT hardware and auxiliary equipment.5+ years of experience with computer network technologies in Windows environments.ITIL Foundation certification.Desirable :
Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST).ITIL Service Operations certification.Experience in international or military-civilian environments.Why Join Us?
