The Quantori team is currently seeking a Revvity Signals Expert to provide technical support and maintenance for Signals Notebook (ELN). The role involves troubleshooting user issues, configuring templates and system settings, supporting installation and upgrades, and ensuring compliance with GxP and GAMP standards.
Location : Remote, ability to work in CET (Central European Time zone) and EST (Eastern Standard Time)
Responsibilities :
- Guide the team effort on the deployment of Signals and adoption of existing R&D flows in this system to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Install, set up, configure, and customize the Signals Platform.
- Migrate appropriate data from existing legacy systems to Signals.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions.
- Build and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems via the Signals API and SDK.
- Handle data import / export processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with scientists and IT to optimize workflows in Signals.
What we expect :
Experience configuring Signals Notebook, including system settings and security configurations.Strong understanding of GxP and GAMP regulations and their application in a software environment.Experience supporting and onboarding Signals Notebook users.Familiarity with the Signals Notebook API for integration and troubleshooting purposes.Flexibility to work in CET (Central European Time zone) and EST (Eastern Standard Time).Nice to have :
Software development experience (Python, Java, or C#).Hands-on experience with Signals Insight, Signals Inventa, VitroVivo.Familiarity with source code management tools (e.g., Git).Experience with Kubernetes for container management.Experience with monitoring solutions such as Kibana and AWS CloudWatch.We offer :
