Previous experience in customer service technical support or related fields is preferred. Junior candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience are welcome. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. As a Customer Support / Technical Support Agent you will be the primary point of contact for German / Italian-speaking customers providing them with outstanding service and technical assistance. Your expertise will help resolve issues answer inquiries and ensure a seamless experience for our users.
