Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding social media features, account management, and platform policies via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Provide guidance on resolving account issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report customer feedback to improve service delivery and user experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address and escalate issues as necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and internal developments to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
