Descrição do cargoConnect with clients by phone and email to keep accounts on track. Record and process payments, making sure details are accurate. Solve problems, reconcile accounts, and keep clear records. Support monthly reporting and help keep our operations running smoothly. Confident English speaker (written and spoken). Comfortable communicating with people and following up on tasks. Good with numbers and detail—any finance, admin, or customer-service experience is a plus but not required. Basic computer skills (Excel or similar). Competitive salary (Base salary 21-24k DOE) and benefits. A friendly, supportive team environment. A clear career path with leadership opportunities within 2 years for high performers. On-site role in Porto, Portugal.
