Responsabilities :

Develop and implement software sourcing strategies aligned with the Group's IT roadmap.

Lead contract negotiations with key vendors, including SaaS providers and systems integrators .

Identify and execute opportunities for cost savings, quality improvement , and supplier consolidation .

Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with procurement policies.

Monitor and manage supplier performance through structured KPIs and a continuous improvement approach.

Ensure accurate usage of sourcing tools and maintain reporting quality.

Support the evolution of procurement maturity across spend categories.

You'll be a great match if you have :

Mastes degree in Business Administration , Engineering , or related field

7+ years in IT procurement, with expertise in software contract negotiation .

Experience dealing with SaaS vendors and implementation partners .

Solid understanding of end-to-end sourcing processes , from specification to contracting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
