We are looking for an Amazing : IT SUPPORT

Seniority : JUNIOR

Type of position : Hybrid

The amazing you, will have :

Proven experience in IT Support or System Administration .

Strong knowledge of Linux systems and shell scripting.

Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent).

Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management.

Hands-on experience with Ansible automation .

Fluent in English , both written and spoken.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.

Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITSM platforms.
