We are in constant transformation and looking for a self-motivated and proactive IT Support Specialist - Technical Systems Focus to join our IT team in Lisbon.

Previous experience in the financial sector is essential, as you will be working closely with systems and platforms that support core banking operations.

What is the role overview?

As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide hands-on IT support to business users in Lisbon with a focus on technical functions. You’ll be the first line of support for issues related to the Temenos platform (T24, TDS, TAP) and other business-critical systems.
