Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own our product roadmap and lead day-to-day execution with engineering and design. Your focus : drive product-led growth (PLG) by making our platform the primary engine for adoption, engagement, and revenue.

What you’ll do

Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap.

Lead cross-functional daily standups (frontend, backend, UX).

Prioritize backlog, write user stories, and ship high-quality releases.

Design features that create “aha!” moments and user habits (Hook Model).

Use data and experiments to improve onboarding, retention, and growth.

Align stakeholders across engineering, design, sales, and marketing.

What we’re looking for

5+ years in product management, with proven PLG SaaS experience.

Strong track record driving user adoption and retention through product.

Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in product analytics and A / B testing.

Excellent communicator and leader, comfortable in a startup environment.

Familiarity with AWS ecosystem or B2B marketplaces is a plus.

Location : Lisbon, Portugal (hybrid / onsite).
