Descrição do cargoFluency in French (minimum C1 level – required). English is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in configuring technical systems and devices. Willingness to work flexible hours (Monday to Saturday, between 07 : 00 and 21 : 00). Reliability, punctuality, and a strong customer service mindset. Availability to commute regularly or willingness to relocate to the Porto area. Comprehensive paid training from day one. Performance-based bonuses , both monthly and quarterly. Job description :

Your responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality phone support to our French-speaking customers.
- Assist both existing and potential customers with information and support related to our products and services.
- Handle customer requests in our systems (e.g., rate adjustments, plan changes, service activations, address updates, etc.).
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes.
