Previous experience in the financial sector is essential , as this role involves close interaction with banking platforms, financial processes, and stakeholders. A strong understanding of financial operations will be critical to ensure effective support and alignment with business needs.
What is the role overview?
You will lead IT support initiatives for business and Temenos platform users, focusing on process integration, system optimization, and mentoring junior staff. You’ll be a key contributor to strategic IT improvements.
