Pharmaceutical Customer Service Agent – French Speaker – Lisbon

Your responsibilities and impact as Pharmaceutical Customer Service Agent will be :

Answering incoming queries from customers via email and phone (B2C)

Handling customer requests with patience, sensitivity, and empathy

Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Providing ad-hoc support when needed

Contributing to team success through collaboration and shared goals

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role :

Native level of French and at least B1 level of English

Understanding of the value of excellent customer experience

Attentive listener and confident communicator

Strong professionalism and commitment to your work

Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career experience

What’s in it for you?

Type of contract : Fixed-term, renewable every year

Working hours : Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM

Training : Fully paid training of about 2 weeks

Salary conditions

With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included) : 1040€ gross / month

Without accommodation : 1240€ gross / month

Training period compensation (10 days if successful) : 50% of hourly wages (lower taxes)

Relocation package for international candidates :

Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months

Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
