As a Community Sales Manager , you’ll be the face of our flagship location—leading sales efforts, growing our member community, and delivering top-notch customer service. You’ll drive revenue by attracting new members, hosting engaging events, and nurturing business relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Business Development

• Generate new leads through networking events, outreach, and community engagement.
• Conduct professional tours, follow-ups, and negotiations to convert prospects into members.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed occupancy and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, entrepreneurs, and real estate brokers.
