Job Scope and Key Responsibilities

For our offices in Rio de Mouro , we are looking for a Project Data Assistant to support the Electra Project. The role will focus mainly on data preparation and management in Excel , while also providing support to the project team in an international context.

Main Areas of Responsibility

• Support the project team in an international context, ensuring effective communication in English during meetings and interactions;
• Prepare and organize databases in Excel, ensuring data quality and consistency before migration to SAP;
• Collaborate with the project team in data processing and verification, facilitating the transition to new tools.
