Dutch Customer Service Representative

Descrição do cargoNative or fluent in Dutch (C2 level). Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to a rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays. No prior experience required – entry-level candidates are welcome ! Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon. Opportunities for career growth within the company. Monday to Friday : 08 : 00 AM to 08 : 00 PM (Rotational shifts). Saturday and Sunday : 08 : 00 AM to 05 : 00 PM (Rotational shifts). Days Off : 2 rotational days off per week
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and effective solutions.
- Assist with product-related questions, technical troubleshooting, and order management.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and personalized support.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
