Full-Time | Remote (EU based)

Good Hill Farms is looking for a Systems & Strategic Operations Manager to help us scale our operations, drive efficiency, and bring bold initiatives to life. This is a high-leverage role for someone who thrives on building systems, solving problems, and translating strategic ideas into execution.

What You'll Do

1. Strategic Execution

  • Drive CEO-led initiatives from concept → full rollout (examples : Fruit of the Month Club, Wholesale Program for B2B clients, Product → Google Ads workflow).
  • Translate big-picture ideas into actionable projects, ensuring smooth and successful implementation.

2. Process Improvement (AI / Automation-Forward)

  • Design, document, and implement process improvements across operations (Shopify, fulfillment, customer experience).
  • Create SOPs, training materials, and rollout plans for new workflows.
  • Extract knowledge from key personnel and systematize it into scalable processes.
  • Troubleshoot and solve operational issues (e.g., "wrong product shipped" scenarios).

    • 3. Project Management

  • Oversee and optimize the project management system.
  • Ensure day-to-day project tracking is delegated to VAs or automated workflows.
  • Keep projects moving forward, aligning tasks with deadlines and outcomes.

    • 4. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with the dev team to design and implement automation opportunities.
  • Act as the glue between different teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution.

    • What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years experience in operations or project management.
  • 1+ years hands-on with LLMs, AI, or workflow automations.
  • Proven ability to execute strategic initiatives and bring projects from idea → launch.
  • Strong process design & optimization background.
  • Skilled at knowledge extraction and converting it into SOPs and systems.
  • Experience managing small, cross-functional teams.
  • A systems-first thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across functions.
  • Self-starter who proactively identifies problems and builds scalable solutions.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup or small business environment.
