What You'll Be Doing
Review, classify, and moderate online content to ensure it meets community guidelines
Respond to user queries regarding platform usage, policies, and account-related issues
Provide accurate and timely support via chat, email, or phone
Identify and escalate potential risks, sensitive cases, or policy violations
Ensure a safe and respectful online environment by enforcing platform rules
Collaborate with internal teams to share user insights and improve support procedures
What We're Looking For
Fluent French and English at B2 level or higher
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Resilient and comfortable reviewing sensitive or challenging content
Empathetic communicator with a solution-oriented approach
Previous experience in customer support or moderation is a plus, not mandatory
Must have EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
